Family Based Green Cards

Attaining a green card based on immediate family of United States citizen can take from 6  months to 2 years depending upon the location, complexity of the case.

Adult children, brothers and sisters can take much longer, depending upon your home country.

Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)

If you are under 21 years old and have been abandoned, abused or neglected by one of your parents, there may be a special green available to you. 

Becoming a United States Citizen

After you receive your green card, you can become a United States citizen in three years (if by marriage) or five years.

Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)

If you are an immigrant man or woman who has been been abused by their United States Citizen or legal permanent resident spouse, you may eligible for a green card.
